I have run many marathons - my own lockdown marathon, London x2, Berlin, Amsterdam, Brighton and Paris and I have qualified for Boston in 2025. I ran my first marathon in 4:10 and my most recent marathon in 3:20.
I know how challenging it can be to find time outside of work for physical fitness.
I also live with two autoimmune diseases (Ulcerative Colitis and Arthritis), which can affect my running, so I understand how important it is to adapt training to suit individual needs.
That is why I can help you. I know how life can be busy and often impact how or when we train. My training plans are completely bespoke to you and will be updated on a week by week basis.
Whether you are a beginner runner or advanced, I will help you achieve your goals.
